Find the opportunity, then build the application together
Use Manual Intelligence when you already have a job advertisement. Use Autonomous Hunt when you want JobIntel OS to search live public listings. Both routes can continue into the Application Workshop.
Manual Intelligence
Paste any job description—even from a company site not included in the search engine—then receive a fit assessment and move into a job-aware interview and collaborative Application Workshop.

Select categories and sources. JobIntel OS searches live roles, checks your No-Go rules, scores the evidence and places the strongest verified opportunities in front of you.
Build the profile and upload the master CV
The left panel is the permanent decision profile. JobIntel OS uses it for manual analysis, live search and autonomous filtering.
Complete these fields
- Location: where you are willing to work.
- Pay scale: target and genuine minimum salary.
- Employment type: full-time, part-time, contract or casual.
- Work mode: hybrid, Monday–Friday, remote, on-site or roster.
- Role Focus: any occupation or sector—not only technology.
Write useful context
- I value: conditions that make a role attractive.
- Avoid / No-Go: true deal-breakers such as mandatory on-call or permanent weekends.
- Professional context: experience, strengths, career direction and the kind of contribution you want to make.
- Use the example buttons, then replace generic wording with your own evidence.

Manual Intelligence: the “Crack On Bro” application workflow
This is the workflow to use when you find a role yourself, receive one from a recruiter, or use a job site that JobIntel OS does not search directly.
- Open Intelligence.
- Optionally enter the company, role title and listing link.
- Paste the complete job description—not only the summary.
- Choose the source and press Analyze Role.
- Review the recruiter assessment, honest recommendation, concerns and confidence panel.
- Press Start Application Workshop.
- Read the recruiter thinking before continuing.
- Answer only the job-specific evidence questions JobIntel OS genuinely needs.
- Review and refine the CV section by section.
- Approve the CV, then review and approve the cover letter.
- Export the PDFs and decide what Career Intelligence may retain.
JobIntel OS must never invent experience.
When a JD asks for something absent from the CV, the app should identify it as a real gap or an evidence gap. Only add a keyword when you can support it truthfully.
What the percentage actually means
The percentage is an evidence-based fit score. It estimates how closely the CV, profile, preferences and job description align. It is not the probability of receiving an interview or job offer.
80–100Strong alignment. Apply after a careful truth check and tailoring.
65–79Credible match. Tailor strongly and address the identified risks.
50–64Investigate first. The role may depend on transferable skills or missing evidence.
0–49Usually skip unless the analysis misunderstood the CV or the role.
Recruiter decisions also depend on competition, internal candidates, location, timing, salary expectations and evidence quality—factors no application tool can guarantee.
ATS and AI applicant screening
JobIntel OS prepares an application so applicant-tracking and AI screening systems can parse the content and recognise relevant evidence. It cannot guarantee passage because every employer configures screening differently.
What JobIntel OS does
- Detects important skills, responsibilities, tools and role language in the JD.
- Separates keywords already supported by the CV from missing keywords.
- Rewrites the professional summary and core strengths around the exact role.
- Uses truthful equivalents—for example, matching “stakeholder management” to genuine stakeholder evidence.
- Creates a scanner-friendly CV draft with conventional headings and plain text.
- Produces an ATS Readiness report before you submit.
What the user must check
- Do not copy a keyword you cannot prove.
- Add measurable examples beside major requirements.
- Keep job titles, employers and dates accurate.
- Use a simple single-column final CV when the employer uses automated screening.
- Avoid decorative graphics, text boxes, icons and important information in headers or footers.
- Submit the requested file format—usually DOCX or text-based PDF.

Blocked, login-only or incomplete pages are labelled Manual Review. JobIntel OS must not create fake vacancies or bypass CAPTCHAs and access controls.
When Auto-add high matches is enabled, verified roles above your chosen threshold are placed in Pipeline. You still decide whether to apply; the application is never submitted automatically.
NZ Job Search: guided live browsing
This mode sits between manual work and a full autonomous hunt. Select a sector, enter a role, location, freshness and sources, then press Search Live Jobs.
- Results appear two at a time so they are easy to compare.
- Use source tabs to isolate SEEK, Trade Me, LinkedIn, Indeed, government or employer pages.
- Use Previous and Next to review the rest.
- Open the exact listing or add it to Pipeline.
- Direct portal buttons remain available even when secure search is unavailable.

The Workshop turns a role analysis into a complete application without pretending the first draft is final.

Every CV and cover-letter section can be edited directly. Quick actions rewrite only the selected section, so a change to one employment entry does not replace the whole document.
The AI prepares. The human approves.
Approval is always explicit. Editing an approved section removes approval until the user confirms it again.
Career Intelligence
Career Intelligence stores only information the user explicitly approves: achievements, goals, industries to pursue or avoid, writing style, preferred tone, cover-letter preferences, strongest stories, sales, leadership, customer-service, technical and project examples, certifications and personal work preferences.
- JobIntel OS checks Career Intelligence before asking a question.
- During the interview and document review it may propose small reusable learning items, and it performs a final learning review after approval.
- Each suggestion has separate Yes, remember and No controls.
- Career Intelligence can be edited, removed or exported at any time from Settings or the Workshop.
- Career Intelligence is included in workspace backup and remains local to this browser unless exported.
Pipeline and Documents
Pipeline
Track company, role, source, status, fit, date, notes and the exact next action. Update a role from Researching to Applied, Interview, Offer, Declined or Withdrawn.
Documents
Save the positioning summary, tailored CV, cover letter, interview brief, ATS keywords and ATS readiness report. Open, copy or download them later.
A strong workflow is: Analyse → verify truth → save documents → add to Pipeline → apply → record follow-up date.
Settings, Intelligence Modes and privacy
- Secure Processing: uses the protected Intelligence Engine for opportunity evaluation and document preparation.
- Private Local Review: uses the browser-based evidence review without external processing.
- Adaptive Intelligence: automatically selects the appropriate processing depth for each task.
- Deep Intelligence: provides the most thorough review for complex roles and decisions.
- Rapid Intelligence: prioritises speed for quick reviews and everyday tasks.
- Confirm before external processing: asks before required information is processed by the Intelligence Engine.
- Backup: exports the local workspace for restoration on another browser.
Profile data, extracted CV text, Career Intelligence, Workshop drafts, Pipeline and Documents are stored in the current browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices removes them unless a backup was exported.
Troubleshooting
Buttons do not react
Press Ctrl + F5 after a new deployment. If the issue remains, contact the site owner and confirm the latest production package was deployed.
CV upload does not open or extract
Use the top Upload CV button or the CV Workbench box. Try DOCX or TXT when a scanned/image-only PDF contains no selectable text.
Secure analysis or search fails
Open Settings and press Test Intelligence Engine. If the Engine remains unavailable, contact the site owner and confirm the latest deployment is active.
The score or CV wording looks wrong
Check that the full JD and correct CV were loaded. Improve the Professional Context, rerun the analysis and treat every generated sentence as a draft requiring human verification.
My saved data disappeared
The workspace is local to the browser. Import your most recent JSON backup through Settings.
